True to our name, we specialize in traditional folk-style Bhangra, honoring the rich cultural heritage and energetic spirit of this age-old dance form.We offer year-round Bhangra classes for all ages and Gidha classes for girls making it easy for anyone to experience the joy and cultural richness of this traditional dance form. Meet Birpal Singh

With over 15 years of experience in teaching and performing Bhangra. Birpal Singh is the heart and soul behind Old School Bhangra.Birpal's journey began in Punjab where he had the privilege of learning from some of the region's top Bhangra coaches. His dedication to mastering the Bhangra form led him to compete and perform in numerous youth festivals and state-level Bhangra competitions where he gained invaluable experience.Birpal's deep understanding of traditional folk-style Bhangra, combined with his years of hands-on experience makes him the Best Bhangra coach in central valley which allows him to inspire and guide his students with both skill and authenticity. As the founder of Old School Bhangra, his mission is to pass on the rich cultural legacy of Punjabi Bhangra to the next generation of Fresno & Clovis, ensuring that the vibrancy and spirit of Bhangra continue to thrive in Fresno and beyond.
